Terms of Service

By accessing or using Settlr Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Settlr Pro / Atlas Law Group.

Settlr Pro is a document preparation service. We help you draft, review, and send a single certified demand letter to a named defendant based on information you provide during intake.

This service explicitly does not include:

• Legal advice of any kind
• Legal representation in court or in negotiations
• Ongoing attorney-client communications or counsel
• Guaranteed outcomes or results

Use of this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship. The attorney whose name appears on your demand letter (Amanda Okolo, Esq., Atlas Law Group) acts solely as the signatory for document preparation purposes. This is a limited, document-specific engagement.

No duty of confidentiality, ongoing representation, or legal counsel arises from this transaction. You are not a client of Atlas Law Group by virtue of using this service.

If you require ongoing legal representation, negotiation assistance, or litigation support, you must engage a licensed attorney independently.

By using this service, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You are the person named as the claimant, or are authorized to act on their behalf
• Your dispute is legitimate and not intended to harass, defame, or harm the recipient
• You understand that sending a false or frivolous demand letter may expose you to legal liability

Settlr Pro reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.

This service covers the preparation and dispatch of one (1) certified demand letter. Once your letter has been mailed:

• Any response, reply, or correspondence from the defendant or their representatives will be routed directly to you
• Settlr Pro and Atlas Law Group will not receive, review, manage, or respond to any correspondence on your behalf
• You are solely responsible for any follow-up actions, negotiations, or legal proceedings
• If legal proceedings are initiated by either party, you must retain separate legal counsel

Payment is due in full at the time of intake submission. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and the pre-payment acknowledgment.

Refund Policy. Because this is a document preparation service performed by a licensed attorney, refunds are not available once your case has been reviewed by our attorney and your demand letter has entered drafting. Before attorney review begins, you may request a refund by contacting support. Any refund issued after attorney work has started is granted solely at the discretion of Settlr Pro and is not guaranteed. In the event of a documented platform error on our part, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

You acknowledge that the quality of your demand letter depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Settlr Pro makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding:

• The legal effectiveness of your demand letter
• The response or behavior of the defendant
• Any particular outcome arising from the use of this service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settlr Pro and Atlas Law Group's total liability to you for any claim arising from this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

The Settlr Pro platform, including its design, software, workflows, and branding, is the property of Settlr Pro and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. The demand letter generated for your case is your property upon delivery.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
