Settlr Pro is a legal document preparation platform operated under Atlas Law Group. We help individuals draft and send certified demand letters through a guided intake process. We are not a law firm, and use of this platform does not constitute legal representation.

We collect information you provide directly during the intake process, including:

• Identity information: your full legal name, address, email, and phone number
• Dispute information: details about the defendant, the nature of your claim, and any supporting documentation you upload
• Payment information: processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers on our servers
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, browser type, and IP address, collected automatically

We use your information exclusively to:

• Draft your certified demand letter
• Deliver your letter via USPS Certified Mail through our mailing partner
• Communicate with you about your case status
• Process your payment
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share your information only with:

• Amanda Okolo, Esq. / Atlas Law Group — the attorney of record who reviews and signs your letter
• Our mailing partner (Lob) — to address and dispatch your certified letter
• Stripe — to process payment
• Airtable / Zapier — internal case management and workflow automation, bound by data processing agreements
• Law enforcement or regulators — only when required by law

We retain your case data, intake responses, and generated letter for a minimum of 3 years from the date of service to comply with applicable legal and business record requirements. You may request deletion of non-essential data after this period by contacting privacy@settlrpro.com.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to retention requirements)
• Opt out of non-essential communications

To exercise these rights, email privacy@settlrpro.com with your case ID and request.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Sensitive intake data is stored in access-controlled systems. No system is fully immune to breach; in the event of a data incident affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top and notify active users by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
